The Home Builders Federation (HBF) Star Rating Scheme awards housebuilders up to 5 stars for customer satisfaction. The star rating is given based upon new homeowner feedback, which is used to inform future housebuyers about the level of satisfaction each housebuilder has achieved, influencing their buying decision.
Key questions within the HBF survey are as follows;

- Taking everything into account, overall how satisfied or dissatisfied are you with the quality of your home?
