We caught up with Managing Director Andrew to ask a few questions and get to know him a little more!
What do you like about working at Spraylat?
Working with a great team and manufacturing a great product!
What was your first job?
I started my working career training as a lawyer and working in a legal practice
What's the most exciting part of your job?
Meeting people and helping them or at least doing my very best to try and help them
Who inspires you?
Ian Maclaurin, who was the CEO of Tesco. He is credited with transforming the business from a low-cost brand that offered green shield stamps to the business that it is today (read his book; Tiger by the Tail if you are looking for inspiration)
Do you have any hidden talents or hobbies?
No talents but a major hobby was Rugby, although I am now retired after playing for 20 years and coaching for 19 years. I now enjoy fly fishing and woodwork.

Diana Ross and Simply Red

What's one thing you're really bad at?
Operating my laptop! 🤦♂️

Still working on that one! 😂

What do you enjoy doing when you aren't working?
Spending time with my family
Are you a sports fan?
I enjoy rugby and cricket mostly. 🏉🏏
