Peelable coating for floor markings & protection

Waterborne peelable coatings have been used for many years in the film , and TV industries to present a removable decorative base coat and these have long been supplied to the BBC and BSkyB and exhibitions where an application service is also offered by Spraylat.

In addition to pure decoration, temporary coatings are also used in industrial environments to mark out pedestrian safety zones or temporary storage or parking areas which may need to change in the future.

Another obvious function of these coatings is to protect the underneath flooring from chemicals and abrasion (see image of marble flooring being protected at the Burj Dubai shopping mall).

Protectapeel stippable coatings are tough and will resist foot and vehiclular traffic for several months and are easy to patch repair if torn. They are used internally for paint spray areas and can also be used externally as seen by the image showing curb stones protected during asphalt application.
